Great hunting location, mostly wooded with fields, timber

Located in an area renowned for great hunting and trophy size bucks, this mixed habitat property provides a really sweet spot for whitetail, wild turkey and many other wildlife species. Access to all parts of the property are provided by trails that are easy to walk but can be driven by ATV's as well. A gas pipeline crosses the property, maintained by the gas company saving the new owner money and labor, creating shooting lanes with several good options for towers or tree stands. There is an off-grid mobile home already on the property, which could be used as a hunting camp. The front of the property also offers a choice of camp or home building locations, with possible electric available at the road. While this is a private location, amenities are within a short drive to Oneonta about 15 minutes away with shopping and restaurants available, as well as SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick Colleges.
