Camp Black Bear

This 16 x 32' "Hemlock-style" cabin shell with loft, built by our own Camp Crew, is located on 25 wooded acres in Steuben, NY, Oneida County - near Forestport and only a half hour from Old Forge. The camp is situated on a new gravel driveway with a front porch that's perfect for sipping your morning coffee or for stringing a hammock for some R&R. This would make a great base camp for hunters as it's close to Penn Mountain State Forest for excellent hunting and fishing. During the winter months, nearby trails are groomed as snowmobile trails by a permit to the Penn Mountain Snowmobile Club. This land features old logging trails - perfect for Northern Tier hunting, ATV riding, hiking or cross-country skiing. The acreage includes a mixture of hardwoods and hemlock forest in a nicely wooded setting located on a town road with access to power. Not far from Lake Delta and Woods Valley Ski Area. Close to Hinckley Reservoir and Kayuta Lake.
