These roads are not "deeded" but private and, therefore, are not eligible for bank financing. The bylaws of the Terlingua Ranch provide access via the Ranch Roads. Terlingua and Study Butte are all in Terlingua Ranch. The county seat is in Alpine, Texas. The properties are filed in the County Seat. Most are not surveyed, but our office has GPS and points done by us however we are not surveyors. So before you do any improvements, get a licensed surveyor to survey it.
