The Miller Ranch is located just outside of Brady, Texas. This is significant because Brady is a small conservative town in a conservative area. People are generally neighborly and there is not much crime here. There are good restaurants of several varieties and convenient shopping as well. And Brady is known for good hunting, good eating, and country music. This ranch we have available is a great blend of town and country . It is in the country, yet very convenient to town. It has newer improvements including a custom home with a 50 x 36 great room, shops, a guest house, a meeting facility with a full kitchen, and equipment shed. Improved genetic deer, bird hunting area, ATV and hiking roads and a salt water swimming pool altogether make this a really nice property for recreation, relaxation and enjoying the Hill Country. Plus, it is less than 10 minutes to Brady Lake, a 2,000 acre bass fishing lake that is very lightly used. And its just about 45 minutes to the hottest bass fishing lake in the country, Lake Ivie. The Kitchen is roomy and has 2 islands with marble counters. It has a gas range and oven, along with a convection oven and microwave. The adjacent large pantry has ample storage capacity. The master suite is 36 feet long, and the bathroom has a dressing area, privacy room, and large walk-in shower. The ranch has some acreage cleared of brush and mowed around the headquarters, while the majority of the acreage has been left natural. There are numerous live oak trees, mesquite and native brush for deer habitat.
