Set on 5 wooded acres in Lewis, NY, this handcrafted 16' x 20' Hemlock-style cabin was built by our Camp Crew and offers a cozy, ready-to-enjoy retreat. The cabin features an open first-floor layout plus a comfortable sleeping loft above. It's wired for generator power and heated by a propane stove, making it easy to settle in during any season. A separate 8' x 10' outbuilding includes a chemical toilet, shower, and tool storage. While the property is currently off-grid, electric service is available just down the road. With frontage on a paved, year-round road, the cabin is fully accessible throughout the year. This location is an excellent base camp for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts-close to Cottrell State Forest and several other state lands, as well as Lake Delta and the Salmon River Reservoir for boating and fishing (bass, trout, and more). The world-famous Salmon River is also nearby, known for its incredible fall chinook (king) salmon runs, along with steelhead and brown trout fisheries. The land offers gently rolling terrain, hardwood forest, and small clearings frequented by local deer herds. ATV trails run close to the property, and in winter you'll enjoy easy access to snowmobile and cross-country ski trails. Financing available.
