The real estate to be sold is situate in the City of Sunbury, at 500 North Front Street, Sunbury, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, also known as Northumberland County Tax parcels 050-03-005-164 and 050-03-005-159, as more particularly described in Northumberland County Record Book 897, at Page 444, and Book 3303, at Page 475. 2.
