Located just east of Burlington and across the paved road from the Country Club Heights subdivision, this tract is composed of cropland and mixed-grass pasture with a small pond. The south end of the property is bordered by the paved 12th Rd. which is the main artery running west out of Burlington. This section is composed mostly of a crop field and a set of cattle improvements. There's some of these improvements that are not permanently affixed and will be removed by the Tenants to whom they belong. The total tillable acres on this parcel is approximately 34 acres with soils in this area consisting of predominantly good Class 2 Woodson Silt Loam.
