The property is located near the Adirondacks, the Black River, the Moose River and adjoins Otter Creek State Forest, offering plenty of recreational opportunities from hunting and fishing to horseback riding, kayaking and hiking. A seasonal gravel road leads to camp and all area roads are ATV-friendly in the summer and open for snowmobiling in the winter.
