One of the greatest rewards of his career has been the lifelong friendships he's made with clients along the way.

Originally from Indianapolis, Tim relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1999 after beginning his real estate career in Indiana. Outside of real estate, giving back has always been important to him. He co-founded Team Under Pressure, a Christian-based AAU basketball program that mentored young athletes while allowing them to pursue the game they loved. He is also a member of Calvary Christian Church in Clearwater, where he volunteered in the nursery ministry.

For Tim, real estate has never felt like 'just a job.' Whether he's searching for the perfect home, negotiating the best possible terms, or helping a seller maximize the value of their investment, he genuinely loves what he does. His goal is to make every client feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process.
