With over 40 years of experience in real estate, construction, and development, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every client I serve. My career began in 1981 as a General Contractor in Boston, MA, where I honed my skills in home building and renovation. In 1989, I relocated to Fort Lauderdale, FL, where I managed a three-person crew specializing in home renovations, flips, and inspections. My passion for real estate continued to grow, and I earned my Florida Home Inspection license during this time.

In 2006, I moved to Cleveland, TN, and later expanded my focus to developing properties in Murphy, NC. Throughout my career, Ive gained extensive hands-on experience in all facets of real estate—whether its renovation, development, home inspections, or client consultations—ensuring the best outcomes for buyers and sellers alike.

I am a member of five MLSs, offering nationwide and global exposure to your property needs. Licensed in both Georgia (License #345563) and Tennessee (License #320065), I’ve built a reputation for excellent communication and seamless processes, earning the coveted Communication & Process Award.

When I’m not helping clients navigate the real estate market, I enjoy spending time with family, maintaining my farm and home, and, when time allows, relaxing on the beautiful beaches by the ocean.
